Your registration fee of US$120 covers your meals and accommodation (on a double occupancy basis). For those who prefer single occupancy at hotel, please inform us as soon as possible. Extra cost of US $45 for the single occupancy has to be paid.

Registration and Opening worship on November 13

  1. On November 13, we start the registration from 4:30pm at Paruman Agung Room. Please arrange your arrival flight schedule before 5:00pm as the opening worship will be started at 6:30pm, and followed by a dinner at the hotel.

For participants receiving United Boardˇ¦s travel subsidy, please submit the original invoice of your air-ticket to the registration counter. For those who will pay the registration fee at the counter, please bring the exact amount of US$120 (twin-sharing) or US$165 (single room) . There is no change at the counter.

Directory/Conference schedule/ Presentation schedule
You will find a participants directory, conference schedule and paper presentation schedule as attached. Please make sure your information printed on the directory is correct, we will based on the information issuing a certificate of appreciation to all the participants. If you have any question about the conference schedule or the sequence of paper presentation, please donˇ¦t hesitate to let us know.

Your participation at ACFF Federation
1.    Country/local updates and Introduction of delegation (November 14 Morning session)- Each country/local delegation will update what has been done in the past two years to promote the cause of Asian Christian Faculty Fellowship in their own localities. For those without country chapter, representatives can give us an overview of Christian higher education and the challenges of Christian faculty facing in their places. This should also be the time to present the delegates from each country/place. 

2.    Paper presentations (November 14 Afternoon session) ˇV Powerpoint presentation facilities will be ready at the meeting room, please bring along your own USB for presentation. Each participant has been assigned for 15 minutes (including 8 minutes presentation and 5 minutes Q & A), please refer the sequence of presentation to the attached schedule. All the abstracts will be printed and distributed at the meeting, while the softcopy of the full papers will be stored in USB and given to you as a souvenir.

3.    Cultural presentations (November 14 Dinner) ˇV Each country chapter will represent a glimpse of the culture(s) of your group. Since this is done during dinner time in a space that is quite limited, please come up with a cultural number appropriate to the situation. This is an occasion to highlight the cultural context of your educational practice. The presentation should be done within five minutes.

Departure Transfer on November 16
Please submit your departure schedule to us with your arrival schedule as soon as possible. We will arrange your departure transfer to the airport and confirm you on November 15.

Weather and dress code
The average temperature hovers around 30˘XC (mid-80s˘XF) year-round. It is cooler in the morning and evening. Please bring along with a light jacket for air-conditioning meeting room. For the dress code, you are suggested to have smart causal wear during the program. You are encouraged to wear your national costume on November 14 for the cultural evening event.
