Dear friends,

You are cordially invited to the ASIAN STUDENTS CHRISTIAN MUSIC FESTIVAL, at 7:30pm on 4th April 2004 (Palm Sunday) at Sha Tin Town Hall. It is sponsored by the Asian Christian Higher Education Institute, with Chung Chi College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University and Lingnan University. The theme of this music festival is “Praise God, Sing Asia.”

Four student choral groups from Indonesia, Korea, Philippines and Taiwan will perform together with the choral groups from Chung Chi College of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University and Lingnan University. They will sing songs that convey messages related to the beauty of spring, lessons from Christ’s passion, and the joy of Easter.

In addition to the vocal music, each invited group will present instrumental numbers that will depict their local culture. The finale of the music festival is the singing of Hallelujah. We are enclosing leaflets and poster for your information and display.
